7-Day Window
Your deposit is due within 7 days of confirming your itinerary to hold your reservation.
Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.
Step 2
Installment Plans
We understand that travel is an investment. That's why we offer flexible, interest-free payment plans for qualifying packages.
Flexible Plans
Packages over $500 qualify for interest-free installment plans tailored to your budget.
2–4 Installments
Spread your remaining balance across 2 to 4 payments leading up to your departure date.
Final Balance Due
Your remaining balance must be settled 14 days before your travel date.
No Hidden Fees
All installment plans are completely free — no interest, no service charges, no surprises.
Step 3
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering costs already incurred on your behalf.
Note: The initial deposit is non-refundable in all cases, as it is used to secure reservations with suppliers. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
